This small fragment preserves a few lines of a commentary that is better known from the tablet BM 47458 (= CCP 7.1.6.A.b). The few preserved signs of the present fragment duplicate sign by sign BM 47458. This, together with the fact that they both exhibit a very similar script and that they both belong to the 81-11-3 consignment of tablets, suggests that they were both the work of the same scribe, probably Iprāʾya. For a full description of the commentary and of its archaeological context, see the introduction to the edition of BM 47458 (= CCP 7.1.6.A.b).
